1. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not accept returns, as each Cyra piece is made to order. The only exception is if the item arrives damaged — please contact us immediately in that case.

2. Do you offer exchanges?
In general, we do not offer exchanges, as every piece is custom-made and produced specifically per order.
However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate an exchange depending on the item and availability.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll let you know if an exchange is possible for your case.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original Cyra packaging. A delivery fee will apply, depending on your area.

3. What if I ordered the wrong size?
We offer alteration services for 4 KWD (Kuwait only) in case you picked the wrong size. However, we do not offer refunds for sizing issues. Please make sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

4. Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged items, and customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each piece is made to order, please allow 5 to 10 working days for production before shipping.
If the item is a pre-order or part of a high-demand launch, it may take longer — we’ll mention expected delays on the product page or notify you directly.

Delivery fee depends on the area and ranges between 2.5–4 KWD per order.
* International:
Varies depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is ready, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days. We’ll clarify expected delivery timeframes on our page, but please note that this may vary.
* International:
Delivery times vary by country and shipping provider. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can request order changes or cancellations within 5 hours of confirmation.
After that window, production begins and modifications cannot be made.

9. Do you offer custom sizing or design changes?
In general, we do not offer custom designs or made-to-measure options, as each piece is created based on the collection it belongs to.
However, customization depends on the piece. For certain items, we provide a customization option directly on the product page — where you can submit minor alterations or measurements.
These changes must be subtle and must not alter the overall design of the piece.
If customization is not listed on the product page, it is not available for that item.
